We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Operations & Maintenance Technician for our waste-processing facility.
This is not a desk job—you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, jump right into the action, and get your hands dirty. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a large production company, with extensive hands-on knowledge across mechanical and electrical disciplines.

The maintenance mechanic will provide operational support for an organics recycling facility. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining automated stationary and mobile equipment to minimize unplanned downtime. They will be cross-trained in the normal and safe operation of production machinery and plant systems and will work side-by-side with technician level operators.
